California Workforce Association Members hold community leadership roles and are committed to building partnerships that improve the delivery of relevant workforce solutions in our communities. We acknowledge that while all Workforce Investment Boards (WIB) share a common funding stream, each operates in unique ways within its jurisdiction and political environment. In partnership through CWA, members strive to clearly define the larger workforce development system within our communities, and assume responsibility for promoting the role of the local WIB in that system. To this end, CWA Members adhere to a set of standards and values that establish our Association as a trusted voice for the workforce system, a catalyst for innovation and a broker of opportunities.
