California Training Initiative

CWA is proud to present the California Training Initiative.

This online catalogue allows CWA members access to several of the Nation’s premiere consultants, facilitators, trainers, and trainings in Workforce.

CWA has completed an in-depth RFP process where we have vetted these trainings in order to streamline access to capacity building and training for the California’s Workforce system. We are pleased to offer a wide variety of topics to a wider variety of local workforce development boards, their partners, and stakeholders in order to strengthen the workforce delivery system throughout California.

If you find a topic and trainer in which you are interested, or want more details, please email Matt Hidalgo at mhidalgo@calworkforce.org. CWA will initiate contact between you and the trainer in order to tailor a training to your organization’s specific needs.

If you would like to be considered for becoming a consultant through CWA’s California Training Initiative, please download and complete the Request for Proposal by March 30, 2018 at 5:00pm PT. All RFPs submitted after this date will not be considered.
