What is your refund policy?

Event Cancellation by Sponsor
The California Workforce Association (CWA) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

If CWA cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.

Registration Cancellation by Participant
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 30 business days before the event. There is a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Cancellations received after 30 business days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

Cancellations will be accepted in email only and must be received 30 business days before the event. Please email cancellations to Megan Bailey at mbailey@calworkforce.org.

Will lunch be served?

Lunch will not be served at this training. Larry Robbin will provide participants an hour to have lunch off site. Coffee will be served in the morning. Below you will find a list of options close to each of the three venues:
