CWA is the West Coast voice for Workforce Development Boards, the regional and local business-led organizations that convene and collaborate to reduce unemployment and boost economic development by aligning Federal, State, and local investments in preparing job seekers and connecting employers with a highly-skilled workforce. CWA defines and advocates for state and federal policies and funding that enable Workforce Development Boards to help businesses find and retain the talent they need to power local and regional economies.
The Youth@Work conference is one of our three amazing yearly conferences. It draws a primarily US western states, but is rapidly including more of a national audience. The CWA conferences roughly draw up up 1,500 business leaders, workforce professionals, national and regional partners, and representatives from educational institutions, economic development, and local and state government during their yearly conferences. Youth@Work Exhibiting & Sponsorship Program Specs

All Advertisements will be distributed throughout the conference program at the discretion of CWA. Ads can either be in full color or black and white and must conform to the ad sizes noted below.

Please provide ads in high resolution PDF format, CMYK, no bleeds, with the fonts embedded and include your organization name in the file name.

All Advertisements are due as soon as possible, but no later than December 1, 2017 and sent to mbailey@
calworkforce.org. Be sure to include a contact name, phone number, and email address with your submission and include your organization name in the file name. You will receive a confirmation that your  advertisement has been received.

CWA cannot guarantee that ads received after December 1, 2017 will be included in the program book.

Organization Logo & Write-up for Program

CWA Requests that all Exhibitors and Sponsors submit a high resolution logo and brief organization write-up for the conference program. There is no additional fees and this provides a wonderful post-conference contact for all our conference attendees. For the write-up please submit your information in the following format.

Logo, Organization Name, Organization Contact Person (First & Last Name), Contact Email/Phone, and 3-4 sentences describing services, products that would be of benefit to our Members and conference attendees. Please submit on or before COB, Friday, December 1, 2017 to Megan Bailey and sent to mbailey@calworkforce.org.

Literature Distribution

Cost: $375

Whether you are Exhibiting at the conference or not able to be in attendance, you can share your organizations workforce information with our conference participants via CWA Literature Distribution option. Our attendees will receive your organization’s literature or swag upon registration check-in to the conference. Last day to request literature distribution is Friday, December 1, 2017.
LITERATURE DUE DATE: Literature or swag must be sent to conference hotel (contact Megan Bailey at mbailey@calworkforce.org for whipping form/deadlines). Shipping costs are the Exhibitors / Sponsors sole responsibility, see below for shipping form request. CWA Staff will be picking up shipped items the afternoon of Monday, January 8, 2018 from the Sheraton Grand Sacramento Hotel shipping department. Items received after Noon, Monday, January 8, 2018 are not guaranteed to be packed into attendee handouts – they will then be distributed direct from the CWA Exhibit table.
PAYMENT: Payment for the CWA Literature Distribution is by credit card only in the amount of $375.00 (VISA, Discover, AMEX) *Payments are final, no refunds for this service. Hotel shipping fees will be billed directly by the Sheraton Grand Sacramento Hotel to you.

Cost: $250, $500 & 750

Include an organizational advertisement in the conference program:

**Advertising must be submitted camera ready art in PDF format for printing & JPEG or web version on or before Friday, December 1, 2017 – this is a hard and last deadline. Program advertising is printed in gray-scale (please feel free to submit full color as social media will be in full color), placement within program is at the discretion of CWA.
Conference Registration Check-in Kiosk Advertising

Cost: $125 & $200

Exhibitors, Sponsor, Organizations or Presenters!…What better way to reach your audience than this new advertising option. As conference attendees check in to the conference at the kiosk they will immediately see your full color advertising panel.

**Please note if going to full bleed on ad 3/8″ on all edges/sides will be covered by kiosk hardware.
