The California Workforce Association [CWA] is proud to offer our members this year-long training for directors, deputy directors, and executive workforce development board staff. There is a total of 60 hours of content and learning. Bootcamp will provide the knowledge, tools, and peer-to-peer learning needed to thrive in the ever changing workforce development world as a regional leader, a steward of public resources, and an effective workforce development professional. Multiple emails will be sent out to Bootcampers prior to sessions with the following information; hotel room block information, session start and end times, session agendas and other information throughout the year. Cost of Program

Cost: $2,770*

*Cost includes Continental breakfast and lunch at the first three of the sessions, graduation lunch at the fourth session, and materials. Cost does not cover participants travel, parking, wifi or lodging.

Request for Accommodations
If you require special accommodations for the training environment, materials, food, etc., please email Megan Bailey – mbailey@calworkforce.org at least two weeks prior to the training date to request the accommodations needed.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received via email to info@calworkforce.org three weeks prior to your session to qualify for a refund. A $150.00 cancellation fee will apply. Individuals that have not cancelled by that date may send another person in their place. No-shows are still responsible for the full registration fee. No exceptions will be made.
