Meeting of the Minds Conference is a yearly gathering of thought leaders and decision makers from all around California and beyond. At Meeting of the Minds, we focus on high level discussion on the state as well as the direction of the workforce development system.

CONFERENCE ONLINE PAYMENT OPTIONS
Credit Card Payments, our online registration site takes VISA, Discover & MasterCard only. If paying by AMEX, complete the online registration(s) and select the “Invoice Me” payment option, then contact our office directly at 916-325-1610 or email@example.com, ATTN: MMM 2018 Invoicing – to complete the registration payment(s).
Purchase Orders (PO), After entering registrations contact information, click on the “Finish & Pay” button in the online registration system, and then scroll down and click on “Invoice Me”. *Invoiced registrations are subject to cancellation policy rules.
Prefer to be invoiced? Select the “Invoice Me” payment option, and then click “Send Invoice” to complete the the registration process. *Invoiced registrations are subject to cancellation policy rules.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THIS EVENT
Cancellations must be received by email only: firstname.lastname@example.org no later than Monday, 7/30/2018 to qualify for a refund, a $95.00. cancellation fee will apply. There will be absolutely no refunds for cancellations after 7/30/2018.
Individuals / Groups that have not cancelled by that date may send another attendee in their place, (Last day to swap attendee(s) is Monday, August 27, 2018.
No-shows are still responsible for the full registration fee! NO EXCEPTIONS.
ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM
We have registration options for Individuals or Groups, create a login and password for the site.
For group registrations, enter your attendees, “Save” and “Add New” for each attendee (Fiscal offices or responsible party who is tracking registrations you can enter your email address in the CC Email cell), once complete click on “Finish & Pay”.
NOTE: Once the Finish & Pay option has been used, if you have more attendees to add – please create a new log in and password, you can only pay or invoice a group one time. Group registration questions or challenges please contact email@example.com or by phone 916-325-1610

Full Conference Registration – $530.00, rate ends Monday, August 27, 2018 *All scheduled meals and special events are included with Full Conference Registrations.
One Day Registration (only applies to presenters) – $370.00, rate ends Monday, August 27, 2018 *Meals & special events on day of attendance are included with One Day Registrations.
Not Attending Any Conference Functions – $0.00, rate ends Monday, August 27, 2018 *Meals & special events are not included with this registration type.
Note: All presenters attending to present at the conference are required to register.
