Workforce Investment Boards & Career Centers

The California Workforce Association is a nonprofit membership organization that is dedicated to advancing workforce excellence in California.  Our Workforce Investment Board members develop workforce strategies and leverage funding and resources within their local communities to prepare and match the skills of workers with the workforce demands of businesses. The WIBs provide oversight to a network of One-Stop Career Centers that offer workforce development services to job seekers, youth and businesses.
