Prior to joining the team, Taylor served as the Executive Director of the Manteca Chamber of Commerce, where he supported a membership base of over 350 small and large businesses, and non-profit organizations. He spearheaded initiatives to encourage business development and economic growth in Manteca and surrounding areas.
