Curtis brings over two decades of leadership in workforce development, public policy, and community engagement. With a career spanning roles such as Chief Deputy Director of the California Workforce Development Board and Director of Public Affairs for the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation, Curtis is dedicated to fostering innovation, equity, and inclusivity in California’s workforce.
