Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Indianapolis, TPMA has a long and rich history of projects with public, private, and nonprofit organizations to inform decisions with data, research, and evaluation; secure funding for initiatives; and implement strategies for organizational growth. We specialize in education, workforce development, and economic development with an emphasis on how all three align to meet the needs of business and industry.
Through over 31 years of existence, we have worked with state agencies, workforce development boards, economic development organizations, chambers of commerce, nonprofits, colleges and universities, and private businesses in more than 40 states. In addition to our headquarters in Indianapolis, we have an associate office located in Youngstown, Ohio and individual staff members based in Missouri, South Carolina, and Tennessee. We have over 40 staff members.
At TPMA, our emphasis is not just on strategic ideas, but strategic leadership and action-oriented goals – helping leaders to identify data-driven opportunities and mobilize resources for implementation.
