Kelli Oropeza-Grimes
Chief Financial Officer
Kelli is a finance professional that brings over 20 years of experience working for non-profits with focus on process improvement and financial reporting, including budgets. Kelli joined California Workforce Association August of 2019 and has direct responsibility for the financial operations of the company, ensuring proper policies, internal controls and reporting results are in place.
Kelli is a motivated leader with wide range of experience and knowledge of technical principles. Prior to joining CWA, Kelli worked as the Chief of Financial Operations for the California Association of Counties where she was responsible for providing financial leadership to achieve short- and long-term financial objectives for the organization that represented county government before the California Legislature.
