Matthew is the Program Director at the California Workforce Association. He works on several initiatives including Regional Plan Implementation, Return to Work Grant, and CWA Executive Bootcamp annual cohorts. He also works closely with the California Workforce Development Board and Employment Development Department in providing technical assistance to the local workforce boards, regional workforce staff, and statewide workforce stakeholders.
Prior to working at CWA, Matthew was a graduate student at CSU Dominguez Hills where he earned his Masters in Public Administration with a concentration ins Public Management. He also earned his B.S. in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University.
