The registration deadline is November 12, 2021.
Cancellations must be received by email only: email@example.com no later than Friday, 10/08/2021 to qualify for a refund, a $150.00. cancellation fee will apply. There will be absolutely no refunds for cancellations after Friday, 10/08/2021. Individuals that have not cancelled by that date may send another person in their place. Last day to swap attendee is Friday, 11/12/2021.
Request for Accomodations
If you require any special accommodations for the training environment, materials, food, etc., please email Matthew Hayes (firstname.lastname@example.org) at least two weeks prior to the training date to request the accommodations needed.
