The Meeting of the Minds in Monterey [aka MMM] conference is one of our three amazing yearly conferences. It draws a primarily US western states, but is rapidly including more of a national audience. The CWA yearly conferences draw up up 1,500 workforce professionals, national and regional partners, representatives from educational institutions, economic development, business leaders, and local and state government during their yearly conferences. MMM draws 500+ conference attendees.

Timeline for Exhibitors
Early-Bird Exhibitor set-up begins at 3:30 PM till 5:00 PM, September 3, 2018
Day 1 Exhibitor set-up begins at 7:00 AM, Tuesday, September 4, 2018
Day 1 Exhibit area opens at 8:00 AM and closes at 4:45 PM Tuesday, September 4, 2018
Day 2 Exhibit area opens at 8:00 AM Wednesday, September 5, 2018
Day 2 all exhibits must be removed by 4 PM on Wednesday, September 5, 2018
There will be dedicated and announced showcase breaks with the exhibitors on September 4th & 5th during plenaries. No sessions are scheduled during these showcase breaks, so participants can visit the Exhibits. Exhibiting will be in open space just outside the main plenary ballroom.
