Stanislaus County Small Business Relief Program

Three million dollars in CARES Act funding was approved by the Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors for the Small Business Relief Program, a microgrant program created to support small business through the economic hardship caused by the COVID-19 national health crises.  The County’s Workforce Development Board implemented the program and awarded micro-grants of up to $10,000 to small businesses with up to 50 employees.  344 businesses were awarded grants designed to lessen the impact of operational costs and help businesses retain their employees.
