The California Workforce Association offers many levels of conference sponsorship for all organizational sizes and budgets. Be a part of one or all three of our yearly conferences; Youth@Work (January), WORKCON (May), and Meeting of the Minds in Monterey fondly known as MMM (September).

Program Advertising: Quarter Page $250, Half Page $500, and Full Page $750
Conference Literature Distribution: $350 for one half page insert, $375 for one full page insert, and $400 for one full page or more insert
Sponsorship: Silver $3500, Gold $5000, Platinum $6500, and Premium $9000
WORKCON Conference Exhibiting Schedule
Exhibiting for all three of the California Workforce Association conferences are only the first 2 days of the conference. Below is the schedule for WORKCON.
Conference Exhibiting Days: Monday, May 18, 2020 thru Tuesday, May 19, 220
- Early-Bird Exhibitor set-up begins: 3:30 PM till 5:00 PM, Monday, May 18, 2020
- Day 1 Exhibitor set-up begins: 7:00 AM, Monday, May 18, 2020
- Day 1 Exhibit area opens at 8:00 AM and closes at 4:45 PM
- Day 2 Exhibit area opens at 8:00 AM Tuesday, May 19, 2020
- Day 2 all exhibits must be removed by 4 PM on Tuesday, May 19, 2020
WORKCON Shipping & AV Forms for Exhibitors
The California Workforce Association does not cover the costs of exhibitors shipped items, or your AV needs (this includes WiFi) for your booth. Often times in the exhibiting areas your Guest Wifi may not work well – we would suggest if you are going to stream your video direct from the web that you invest in a paid dedicated WiFi for your booth.
Upon completion of the conference exhibiting, please be sure to label your booth items, if you are shipping them, and use proper shipping boxes for your items. Please place your items to ship out to you on top of your table or near the front of your table for the hotel logistics department to pick up and deliver for out going shipping pick up.
WORKCON Invoicing and payment
We have two options for invoicing and payment options for our conference sponsors opportunities.
- Invoice for payment with traditional PDF invoice for payment with organizational check
- Invoice for payment using the our Square Store for payment with credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD only)

General Conference Opportunity Q&As
What is the size of the booth space?
The California Workforce Association (CWA) conferences are held in hotel space, some hotels may have exhibitors in a designated room, other conference hotel space may have exhibitor tables out in main hallways near our conference registration desk and kiosk.
- 1 – Standard 6 ft. table
- 2 – Chairs with backs
- 1- Wastebasket
- 1 – Hotel table linen provided (linen colors may vary)
Placement of exhibitors is at the sole discretion of the CWA based on AV or electrical needs of the exhibitor. A map of the booth placements will be provided to all exhibitors before, and at the conference.
Back Drops & Pop-up Advertising
We kindly request no over-sized backdrops, *max 10 ft. in width. The exhibitor space is not trade show space, please be mindful of the other exhibitors when selecting your visual displays and advertising.
Is WiFi, AV or Shipping included with packages?
The California Workforce Association (CWA) is a non-profit entity, we do not provide WiFi, AV or shipping for any of our exhibitors during our conferences.
Shipping and AV forms will be provided with instructions to complete orders prior to the first day of the conference.
Please do not ship items earlier than the hotels shipping labels instruct – additional hotel logistics storage fees may apply for items received to early.
All post conference shipping is also the sole responsibility of all exhibitors, please prep ahead with your own shipping labels.
Is registration for the conference required?
Registration is required of all our conference attendees for all of our yearly conferences. Note: Last day to register for the WORKCON Conference as an Exhibitor or Sponsor will be TBA.

All conference attendees’ check-in to the conference using our kiosk, they will use the cell phone that they provided in their registration to dial a phone number provided by the kiosk to complete their check-in process.
What are the dimensions of conference program ads?
Conference Advertising File Formatting
Advertising must be submitted camera ready (high resolution) art in PDF format for printing. Conference program is printed in gray-scale.

Please submit all conference advertising on or before final deadline of TBA
Final Ad placement within the conference program is at the sole discretion of the California Workforce Association

Conference Literature Distribution
Whether you are Exhibiting at the conference or not able to be in attendance, you can share your organizations services and product information with our conference attendees via CWA Literature Distribution option. For a fee the CWA Staff will hand place your single piece of literature in each of the attendee’s gift; our giveaway gift historically can be tote bags, backpacks, padfolios, etc.

Note: All our sponsorship packages include advertising, we offer flexible ways to upgrade your sponsorship advertising.
How can our organization kick our conference sponsorship up a notch?
The CWA’s conferences always have amazing networking events at each of our three conferences; Youth@Work Conference, WORKCON Conference, and Meeting of the Minds in Monterey (MMM) Conference. Conference Sponsors can kick it up a notch by sponsoring one or all of these events.
