Who’s eligible?
Businesses that contribute to California’s Unemployment Insurance (UI) fund
Full-time, permanent employees (35+ hours/week)
Priority given to industries like manufacturing, healthcare, IT, construction, and multimedia
Reimbursement Rates: Up to $22.76 per hour, per trainee
Training Hours: 8–200 hours per employee
Retention Requirement: 90 days post-training
