Membership Options:

• Affiliate Membership Deluxe – $4,200.00: This membership is good for an organization with multiple locations. For example, if your organization has three or more locations/branches, each location would be a member under this membership.

• Affiliate Membership – $1,550.00: This membership is good for an organization at one specific location. For example, if your organization has three different locations/branches, each location would need their own CWA Affiliate Membership.

• Individual Membership – $350.00: This membership is for an individual, regardless of their organizational affiliation.

*Membership Fees run by fiscal year and are not prorated, July 1st thru June 30th
