AB 2300 (Arambula): Strengthening Workforce Development

Assembly Bill 2300 modernizes the outdated administrative requirements that slow workforce investments, and authorizes the Employment Development Department (EDD) to issue operational directives in consultation with local boards — so support reaches communities faster.
