The California Workforce Association [CWA] is proud to offer our members this year-long training for directors, deputy directors, and executive workforce development board staff. There is a total of 60 hours of content and learning. Bootcamp will provide the knowledge, tools, and peer-to-peer learning needed to thrive in the ever changing workforce development world as a regional leader, a steward of public resources, and an effective workforce development professional. Multiple emails will be sent out to Bootcampers prior to sessions with the following information; hotel room block information, session start and end times, session agendas and other information throughout the year.  Sessions 1-3 precede the California Workforce Association quarterly board meetings.

Cost: $2,790*
*Cost includes Continental breakfast and lunch at the first three of the sessions, graduation lunch at the fourth session, and materials. Cost does not cover participants travel, parking, wifi or lodging.

NOTE: The 2018-19 CWA Executive Boot Camp has reached class capacity for the 1st time ever! Registration for the 2018-19 year is now closed. We will open the 2019-20 Session in June of 2019.
Registration Deadline
The boot camp was scheduled for registrations to close Friday, November 2, 2018 for the 2018-19 Executive Boot Camp, however, registration has reached capacity 9/10/2018. There may be an alternative national workforce leadership boot camp offering available – please check back for details. 
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received by email only: no later than Friday, 10/5/2018 to qualify for a refund, a $150.00. cancellation fee will apply. There will be absolutely no refunds for cancellations after Friday, 10/5/2018. Individuals that have not cancelled by that date may send another person in their place. Last day to swap attendee is Friday, 11/2/2018.
