Virtual Platforms for Remote Services
CWA Virtual Platforms Webinar: Developed from regional workforce organizers and training coordinators as an immediate need for technical assistance due to the effects of COVID-19. The four virtual platforms chosen on this webinar were based on its functionalities as it relates to providing remote services (i.e. webinars, job fairs, staff meetings, conferences calls, summits). Transition to Remote Teams and Quality Remote Service Delivery
The Delivering Quality Remote Services Resource Packet was developed through the ELL Co-enrollment Pilot Projects and is a tool intended for program navigators. This resource focuses on rationale behind selecting virtual platforms for the customers you serve and methods by which you can introduce, encourage, and engage them virtually in order to deliver programs and services.
Suddenly Virtual – A Practical Guide for Frontline Service Providers During the Covid-19 Pandemic: Developed by the Heldrich Center at Rutgers University, this article details the critical points of transitioning to virtual teams and operationalizing virtual service delivery.
